Shipping, clearly explained.

Where we deliver

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or destinations outside the United States. Please provide a complete street address, including any apartment or suite number.

Processing and transit are separate

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Standard shipping transit is estimated at 8–15 business days after dispatch. Allow approximately 9–18 business days in total. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays and address issues can affect delivery. If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. We will seek your consent to a delay where required.

Standard shipping charges

Orders of $59 or more: free standard shipping.
Orders below $59: $6.99 standard shipping.

The threshold is based on merchandise subtotal, excluding shipping and any applicable tax. The available shipping charge is shown before you place an order.

Following your delivery

When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking can take time to show its first carrier scan. Items in an order may arrive in separate packages; you will not be charged extra shipping for separate dispatches.

Address changes and delivery issues

Email us as soon as possible if an address needs correcting. We can make changes only before dispatch. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery location and household members, then contact us so we can help investigate. For a damaged delivery, keep the packaging and send photos of the item and parcel.
